Dr. Ibrahim is a part time Visiting Professor of Management at the American University in Cairo.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration Management (MPA) from the American University in Cairo in 1991 and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Behavioral Sciences from the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences in 1998. Dr. Ibrahim is a Certified Master trainer of University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, School of Continuing Education.
Dr. Ibrahim has been working in the human resources development and training fields for the past 21 years with multinational business cultures. He is a master trainer in leadership and top management skills covering the following areas:
Strategic management, Positive leadership, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, and Performance Management.
Dr. Magdi, has a wide technical experience in the above-mentioned training areas so his training edge is part of his practical and hands-on experience. Additionally, he has 10 years of professional exposure in other multinational management disciplines.
Dr. Ibrahim is a bilingual subject matter expert (SME) who formulates training methodology and designs customized training solutions as well as conducting training programs for external parties and multinational corporations adopting the principles of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Instructional System Design (ISD).
He also works with several ministries, state-owned authorities and multinational corporations and management consulting firms on human resources development projects (HRD) e.g. IHM/MHSC programmer for hospitals, performance management, career development, succession planning, 360 degrees, emotional intelligence, vertical and horizontal loading, etc.
Dr. Ibrahim also provides consultancy on matters such as Organizational Development (OD), Restructuring, Performance Engineering, Financial Analysis, Total Quality Management (TQM), Project Management, Strategic Planning, Operational Research, Employee Behavior Studies and Global Attitude Surveys.
Dr. Ibrahim is an active member in several human resources professional groups in Egypt as well as the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
